 CDF is a career meetup event where you, students, can discuss with passionate researchers, engineers, and experienced managers from various industries in Japan. Please join us with what you want do pursue. Through the event, by freely exchanging the ideas, you will expand your career visions.

   When you are busy with your research and projects, you may not have a chance to deepen your thoughts. CDF offers you a place for your to discuss about your future. Step out of your comfort zone and join the discussions with companies and other participants from different fields. It will help find a new side of yourself.

To Meet-up personnel from various fields 

     CDF is NOT a job fair, but an opportunity to discover your career. You can network with people who have different knowledge and experiences. Find your future project partners or colleagues.

Panel Discussion: "What’s it like to work in Japan? - Real Voices from Japanese Companies"

Do you wanna work in Japan? YES, you should be! From gigantic conglomerates to startups, there are really interesting Japanese companies to spend your time. Wait, wait, do international students have obstacles to overcome to be hired?  Or is this just a myth? In this session, we invite guest speakers from Japanese companies in various sizes and background to hear their real voices.

Booths Session: (6 participants maximum per booth)

We believe that YOUR vision and passion will change your future, and even the future of the company that you will work . In this session, you will have a short discussion along a topic given by each company. Through the discussion, you will explore various companies’ ideas to deepen your career viewpoint.

Work Session:(20 participants maximum)

If you want to know more about a certain company, you have a chance at this Work Session. In this session, the discussion will have a longer discussion. Challenge yourself to experience to exchange your thoughts with people from industries. You may see your study and career from birds view through this session.
